Working Mommy Mantras Workshops introduce science-based coping strategies that use perspective, flexibility and humor to help moms find peace in the maelstrom of mothering. The Working Mommy Mantras Workshop brings these thought- changing techniques to corporations, organizations, schools and businesses to bring greater compassion, clarity, perspective and humor to women balancing both their careers and mother hood. The Workshops lead participants to better problem-solving and more effective actions in the workplace.
